Safe & Sound is a concept of mental balance based on how the brain learns:
The repetition of actions become part of your routine. This is a form of training your body-mind system. Over time, the new information becomes a pattern and your new way of being.

About Larissa Maria
My story
As a single mother I migrated from Brazil to Germany to find not only better leife opportunies but a place where I could feel safe and provide physical and emotional securuty to my daughter. It did not take long untill I learn that the safety I found here was just the first step to the safety I needed to build from the inisde out.
Other challenges arouse along the journey. From homesickness to a diagnose of cPTSD — result from my life experience in Brazil, I had to navigate many ups and downs until I could finnally sense my nervous system finally feels safe.
I guide relaxation and self‑regulation across the body–mind–soul spectrum, using proven methods that gently down‑shift stress and support integration. Wellness Counsellor & Elite Life and Soul Coach specialized in self‑regulation and the harmony of the spaces we live in: your body and your home. After 10 years of overcoming chronic symptoms and cPTSD, I expanded my biomedical training into integrative practices with focus on the genesis of health.
My approach is:
  • Respectful integration of millennia‑old Oriental medicine concepts with modern science
  • Rooted in disciplines aimed at activating the body’s innate abilities for self-regulation and self-sustainability.
